Central Maryland Sunrooms is owned and operated by Kiser & Sons Construction, Inc., a family owned business started in 1975 by Terry Kiser. The company started out doing small remodeling projects. In the last 30 years the company has grown to include both sons, Mark and Dave. The remodeling projects have also grown to include siding, soffit, spouting, windows doors and basement remodeling. In the year 2000, we became a dealer for PGT Industries selling and installing sunrooms. All installations are performed by our crew with quality work and satisfaction of the client the number one priority.

In 2006, we decided to expand our operation to become dealerships for Gorell Grand Additions, Sunspace Sunrooms and PGT Industries, selling and installing a wide variety of America's Finest Sunrooms & Vinyl Window Products, offering year round comfort and three-season flexibility.

Over the years many homeowners have shown a great interest in adding a sunroom to their home or enclosing an existing porch.
