Central Maryland Sunrooms is owned and operated by Kiser & Sons Construction, Inc., a family owned business started in 1975 by Terry Kiser. The company started out doing small remodeling projects. In the last 35 years the company has grown to include both sons, Mark and Dave who you will see on your job site, along with Terry & Adam.
The remodeling projects have also grown to include Replacement Windows, Siding, Soffit, Spouting, Decks, Doors and more. We are also an Elite Contractor for Timber-Tech Decks. We are a dealer of Sunspace Sunrooms, selling and installing a wide variety of America's Finest Sunrooms & Vinyl Window Products, offering year round comfort and three-season flexibility.
